Subject: [ROOTS-L] re: Ester Miler

Hello, list,
I am searching for Ester Miler who was a china painter in NJ in the 1930's
but born and died in SC. If any of you all are related, or have an Ester Miler
in your records, I would appreciate any info that you could share.

Some remember that she wasn't married, but all census reports show that she
was and had 3 daughters. She, hubby and one daughter are buried in Charleston
Cemetery.

Now, I am not absolutely sure that this is the china painter, because I have
found no obit, or relative who remembers that. I'm retired and do not have
access to the 1930's newspaper obits of NJ. If any of you have access and the
time, it would be great if you could check on an Ester Miler who died about
1931, Roselle NJ to see if her obit speaks of china painting.

I keep looking, but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, and all have a good day, Charlotte
