Concerning the removal of black paper from the photos.  Has anyone thought to 
try useing wallpaper remover.  Sponge it on and in short time remove the 
paper and let dry.  Which it does quickly.  lay on a flat surface while drying.  I 
have not done this myself, but sure have removed a lot of wall paper with it. 
 It dries without leaving a problem.  Try it on one first.
