Read below. In the class action titled Ramer and Neer et al v. MyFamily.com, Inc. and Ancestry.com, a class was certified and a settlement has been reached. According to the records of MyFamily.com, Inc., you are a member of the class and are entitled to the settlement benefit. The benefit consists of full access to the family history internet resources at Ancestry.com for the month of May, 2006, the equivalent of a month’s Ancestry World Deluxe subscription. This benefit is available to you without any action on your part (you need not call or email us), and without any payment or any other condition except following the proper log on procedures described below This Court-ordered notice is to inform you that the Class has been certified for settlement purposes, that you may be a member of the Class, and that a settlement agreement, which has been preliminarily approved by the Court, (the terms of which are described briefly below) has been reached between MyFamily.com, Inc. and Ancestry.com (the "Defendants") and the Class representatives.
