Born on 15 Jun 1814 in Jones Co., Georgia. Martha died in Trinity Co., TX, bef 1880; she was 65. Buried in Chita Cem., Chita, Trinity Co., TX. On 17 Apr 1831 when Martha was 16, she married Augustus William FOSTER, in Alabama. Born in Apr 1812 in North Carolina. Augustus William died in Alabama on 4 Aug 1847; he was 35. Augustus William is my brick-wall, since I don't know where they married and I don't know what his father and mother's names are. I'm not really sure whether he was born in North Carolina or Alabama, since both states were named as his birthplace on different censuses by his sons.
