    Seeking info about Stephen THORNE and Catherine TIMMONS,parents of Francis THORNE,born c. 1826 in Kingston,NY.  Francis was of "old revolutionary stock."  Distant relative of Peter COOPER-1791-1883-inventor/industrialist/civic leader.  Family moved to Kings County,NY during Francis' boyhood where except for a period he lived in New York City he spent the rest of his life.  He became a Catholic and died in Brooklyn on 14 Mar 1905.Survived by 4 children,Francis,Sarah,Anna and Teresa and a sister,Mrs William Graves.Any info about this family will be appreciated.
