Subject: [ROOTS-L] ALL CAPs explanation

If you are using MS Windows XP (and I think older versions) a feature called

sticky keys is available. When used, pressing the Shift key by itself
causes the next pressed key to be shifted. (Also applies to the Ctl, Alt and
Windows logo keys). A great help for those typing with one finger.

Is that why I'm getting two capital letters together? I know I'm not typing
it, but it shows up often enough to drive me mad.
Thanks for telling me about this feature.
