Subject: [ROOTS-L] All Caps

There is an old saying you can't make everybody happy The subjects of all  
caps pop up quite frequently. I would like to suggest we put it  to  rest for 
now. Nothing you say or do is going to stop people from using all caps.  As it 
has been pointed out there are people who have trouble with their eye  sight, 
and I do not condemn them for using all caps.
 
So lets out all the whinnying about people using all caps and you our  brains 
to think why people do it.
