People's experiences vary, even with the same abilities or
disabilities. Just because one person finds it easier to read upper
case letters doesn't mean everyone with the same condition will, and
vice versa.

Nothing in Mr. Berryman's post was inconsiderate or rude. He worded
his post very eloquently and politely.
