Hello Friendjoey,
If the person is deceased you could try searching for them, either by
name or Social Security Number, in the Social Security Death Index
(SSDI). Here you will find links to four online Social Security Death
Indexes - three of them are free to use...

If found in the SSDI, you could then order that person's SS-5 form
(the form they filled out when applying for a Social Security Card).
That usually gives good information about the person, such as place
and date of birth, and names of parents.
