I've taught people who are legally blind to use computers. Using all
capital letters is common among the blind, elderly, those with vision
problems, and it's "not intended to be rude". People with vision
problems also tend to send the same messages as the lack the confidence
that those of us with good vision have. Please consider how you would
like to be treated if you had a disability before you chastise others.

The goal here should be to help each other when we can. We all have
flaws and make mistakes, myself included. Someday God willing all of us
will be old and perhaps our vision will not be as good as it is today.
Being considerate shows class!
