Hi, Have noticed the messages about the Missouri Death Records being on line. They are great (if you try them about 1 A.M. Pacific Time - grin). However, of those of you who might be new to ROOTS or have forgotten about them, the Minnesota Historical Society has great Birth and Death records online also. Their Search Engine is one of the best I have seen. They will even search for obits for you. Last I checked the were $12 for a Minnesota resident and $15 for everyone else. I asked for one about a year ago and they were very fast and efficient PLUS they sent me three articles about the person I was interested in. Thought that they went above and beyond in finding the three. The Minnesota Historical Society birth index currently covers from 1900 thru 1916. Death information is available from 1904 thru 2001 and all information can be ordered on line with a Credit Card. Ancestry.com has Birth Information for Minnesota from 1935 thru 2002. Will put the URL and hyperlink below for those of you who would like to check it out or bookmark it for later use.
