I did a Post-em on the Roots SSA site giving the correct place of her death. Nadine --- Correct--but ONLY because the info in the "last residence" column was NOT in error in your situation based upon the actual meaning of what goes into that column. It was where the last benefit was paid and that is the real meaning of that column. If there is an actual error in the SSDI it CAN be corrected in the next monthly update and SSA WILL do that. Joan
