I am looking for ANY information on JOSEPH DOWDY & MARTHA TAYLOR. I believe they are both from TENNESSEE. Also I think they were married 14 JANUARY 1886 in DECATUR TENNESSEE. JOSEPH & MARTHA'S CHILDREN: JAMES THOMAS b. 9 JAN 1887 TENNESSEE MOLLIE b. 1890 MISSOURI SARAH BEATRICE b. 1 SEPT 1893 MISSOURI At some point after 1887 they came from TENNESSEE to STODDARD & DUNKLIN COUNTIES in MISSOURI. I believe JOSEPH died or maybe divorced between 1893 & 1895. MARTHA remarried in 1895 to JAMES COLTER in STODDARD COUNTY MISSOURI.
