Subject: [ROOTS-L] Ancestry Census problems

I have also been having trouble with Ancestry census.  I have called them 
several times and they were very nice and tryed to help but it didn't work.  I 
have e-mailed them and got e-mail back, that didn't help.  1850 and 1860 are the 
two that I can pull up but anything I do freezes and I have to start over.  I 
need to make the print bigger and it freezes up and my computer says "not 
responding".  
they told me to get rid of cookies.  I have a one year old Gateway computer  
that had no. 8  I got the no. 9 version.  Nothing. They did add two free 
months to my account to see if I could get it streightened out but no luck.  I can 
get 1900 to 1930 pretty well.  That makes me think it isn't my computer.  I do 
like to get my money's worth.
