For Dennis & Kelly Isaak and Barbara Cook,

In regards to Ancestry lock-up, allow me to add my rusty two pennies worth. I have been using, Outlook Express for several years with Windows 2000. Until my computer died in October and floated off to wherever their spirits go, and received from Gateway, an early Christmas present of a shiny new flat screen with more gigabytes then I knew existed, within windows XP.

If something of interest came from anyone before, I had always clicked on the presented URL and chazam, there it was. But now, that no longer happens. But I learned quickly to go ahead and read the rest of my e-mails, saving the lock-ups to last.

Then I would copy the URLs that locked up, and paste them to Internet Explorer, and the problem was gone. I can't guarantee it will work for you, but its worth a try,

Another hint, If you have installed Norton Firewall, or any firewall and you are not on a network, you have added an overkill
