Why not try calling Eastman Kodak for advice on saving and/or restoring old photographs. We have an 800 number. There seems to be some confusion in my mind as to what it is. It is either 1-800-242-2323 or 1-800-242-2424. Whichever, you can call 800 information at 1-800-555-1212.
