If you request one of the STATES files and find an articles of interest
in one or more of the LCCN numbers, when contact the LOC for more information.

They will make copies of the articles for about $.45 (US) per page or with
the LCCN and/or ISBN you might find the article in another library. [July
1995 - You should call to verify price of copies.]
